Lo Spoke 7 is dedicated to the development and validation of innovative approaches in translational research, promoting continuous and circular interaction between research and clinical practice. The goal is to facilitate and accelerate the identification of new biomarkers for therapy and diagnosis, with a particular focus on rare, infectious, and chronic diseases.
Through a “bench-to-bedside and back” approach, Spoke 7 aims to identify new biomarkers, therapeutic targets, and innovative technologies for the diagnosis and treatment of high-impact economic and social diseases. The activities of this spoke, developed in close collaboration with Spoke 6, focus on all stages of development and validation of new therapeutic and diagnostic approaches, providing tangible benefits for public health.
Furthermore, the project supports the transfer of advanced technologies, innovative methodologies, and research products, creating opportunities to attract investments and increase economic and human resources.
