THE Scarl intends to select the human resources that will make up the staff responsible for managing the Company and coordinating the project. The applicable contract is the National Collective Labor Agreement for employees of companies in the Tertiary Trade, Distribution, and Services sector. Subject to the provisions of current law at the time of the conclusion of fixed-term contracts, THE Scarl reserves the right to extend contracts or to convert them into permanent contracts.

The selection of personnel and the methods for accessing employment within the Company are based on principles of publicity, transparency, and impartiality of procedures, designed to highlight the criteria adopted in selecting the human resources to be acquired, while paying attention to gender balance.
