Cascade Calls

Calls have been published to select project proposals for funding within the research program of the “THE – Tuscany Health Ecosystem” innovation ecosystem, supported by resources from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), Mission 4 “Education and Research” – Component 2 “From Research to Business” – Investment 1.5 – creation and strengthening of “innovation ecosystems” and establishment of “regional R&D leaders,” funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.

CNR – Spoke 1 (“Advanced Radiotherapies and Diagnostics in Oncology”)
Target audience: Public and private entities, with a total financial allocation of €2,800,000, including €1,900,000 for the South of Italy. Deadline: 01/03/2024

University of Florence – Spokes 2 (“Preventive and Predictive Medicine”), 3 (“Advanced Technologies, Methods and Materials for Human Health and Well-being”), and 5 (“Implementing Innovation for Healthcare and Well-being”). Two calls have been published: the first, with a total funding allocation of €4,500,000, is aimed at universities, public research institutions, and other research organizations based in Southern Italy, while the second, with a total funding of €2,700,000, targets companies located across Italy.
