Transparency

The “Transparency” section is organized based on Annex 1) of Legislative Decree No. 33 of March 14, 2013, “Reorganization of the regulations regarding the obligations of publicity, transparency, and dissemination of information by public administrations.”
The personal data published in this section “can be reused only under the conditions set forth by current regulations on the reuse of public data (EU Directive 2003/98/EC and Legislative Decree 36/2006 for its implementation), in terms compatible with the purposes for which they were collected and recorded, and in compliance with the regulations concerning the protection of personal data.”
The data is published in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 33/2013. Where applicable, the publication is in .csv format – open table format – which allows the data to be reprocessed. In some cases and only for certain content, the same file is also published in .pdf format, which represents an additional publication, as the regulatory requirements are already met with the format.
