Francesco Carli and Francesco Raimondi, researchers at the Bio@SNS Biology Laboratory, Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa, are part of the research team that has developed the CellHit web server, a web-based platform designed to predict and analyze cancer patients’ drug responsiveness using transcriptomic data.
CellHit provides precomputed predictions on TCGA samples and offers the ability to perform custom online analyses on incoming samples, democratizing precision oncology and making rapid and interpretable predictions accessible to the research community.
