On November 19, the final workshop of the PNRR project \u201cTHE \u2013 Tuscany Health Ecosystem\u201d was held at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, providing an opportunity for discussion dedicated to presenting the results achieved and the future prospects of the initiative.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The event was attended by the School’s working groups involved in Spoke 10<\/a><\/strong>, coordinated by Sabina Nuti<\/strong> and Nicola Bell\u00e8<\/strong>. The activities presented highlighted the multidisciplinary contribution of the Sant’Anna scientific community to the issues of public health, organizational innovation, and social inclusion.<\/p>\n

The day began with an overview of health promotion actions in inland areas, presented by the Permanent Population Observatory, followed by an in-depth analysis of the role of telemedicine and remote care models in the most fragile areas of Tuscany.  The multi-screening project using mobile units, designed to facilitate access to prevention services, was also illustrated.<\/p>\n

The discussion then focused on the issues of fragility, inclusion, and community engagement, with particular attention to the contribution of the third sector in programs aimed at people with disabilities. In this context, the work of the Health Community Lab, a laboratory that promotes social innovation and the participation of local communities, was also presented. <\/p>\n

The program continued with a reflection on models for an integrated care system for people with chronic diseases, comorbidities, fragility, and complex needs. A further contribution concerned the creation of  a multimedia archive of migratory trauma, designed as a resource for research and support for health and social workers.<\/p>\n

The final part of the workshop was dedicated to tools to support the governance and management of health services. Approaches and technologies were presented to improve service integration, optimize resource allocation, and provide decision support at different levels of system governance. <\/p>\n

The meeting concluded with a summary of the future prospects of the THE project, emphasizing the value of collaboration between institutions, the territory, and the community in addressing the challenges of public health and innovation in the regional health service.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
